  Monday Sept.5/16 my order was incorrect at the window, I ordered one sandwich meal, and ended up with one meal and an extra sandwich, turkey bacon club, no sauce, extra bacon was my order, I was charged over $16 so since I was in a hurry I just paid for the full order. When I checked it in the parking lot, I was straight back to the drivethru as both sandwiches had sauce on them. The wait the first time was over 10 minutes, the second time I waited at the order microphone for 4 minutes, received the go ahead to come get my corrected sandwiches and then waited another 8 minutes, taking me to over a half an hour to get my order. I asked at the window if the two sandwiches that were incorrect were garbage, was told they were, I asked to take them home for my son, I was informed that the sandwiches must be returned through the window. There weren't any apologies for the mix up, my orange pineapple chill was about gone as were the wedges... but no top up and then no bag for the two replacement sandwiches until I asked.
  The manager was at the window but didn't lean over to speak to me, and I knew how long I had waited which meant that the 7 or 8 cars behind me had also been waiting since my sandwiches weren't ready when i returned to the pick up window. So I chose to send my complaint on line.
  I am honestly disappointed, this was my absolute worst encounter with Tim Hortons.
  I would like compensation for my time and inconvenience please.

  It's a Timmies, nothing special. Orders are wrong sometimes from the drive-through but that's nothing unusual.

  Timing is key if you want to miss the school crowd. Service can be slow at times, but still a decent cup of coffee.
