  After speaking with the owner and having some of the situation explained I have revised my review.
  
  Some of the issues had been corrected already and action taken on the otthers.
  
  I reserve judgement until I have tried them again.
  
  VERY DISAPPOINTED with our visit. Despite having made a reservation for a party of 12 , service was unacceptably slow. It was over half an hour before our orders were taken and then more than an hour until we were served. It was
  1 1/2 hours until the person who was seated first and ordered first finally served got her meal! Given that we had 4 hungry children with us, it was not a pleasant wait.
  
  Other tables seated after us, had their orders taken promptly and were served first. Most of our meals were good but several were not.
  
  There was another server working the much smaller and half full bar side who NEVER came over to the restaurant side to help. She didn't seem busy and was on seen on her phone several times.
  
  Then they had the audacity to automatically add15% tip to the bill.
